CAN I USE MEDICARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

To process a claim through medicare you require a valid referral and mental health care plan.

Medicare rebates vary depending on the psychologist qualifications.

DO YOU ACCEPT PRIVATE HEALTH?

Yes, if your private health fund covers psychology (extras). We recommend checking your rebate entitlement with your health fund prior to booking your appointment. After your appointment, we can provide a receipt that you can use to claim back your rebate.

DO YOU DO TELEHEALTH PSYCHOLOGY APPOINTMENTS?

All of our other psychologists are available for telehealth appointments for special circumstances. Please call our clinic on (08) 7120 2809 to request a telehealth appointment.

HOW DOES A TELEHEALTH PSYCHOLOGY APPOINTMENT WORK?

Most modalities of psychology can delivered via telehealth.

If you have made a telehealth appointment you will receive confirmation email that includes the link to access the video call. Hold onto this email until your appointment as you will need that link.

To commence the video call, all you need to do is click the link and enter the name on your booking.

The video call is powered by CorePlus, and is private and secure. CorePlus telehealth complies with Australian Data Privacy Requirements and digital health standards.
