Men’s Mental Health Catch-Up Groups

A Space to Talk. A Place to Be Heard.

You’re Not Alone. Let’s Talk. Forward Together

Our Men’s Mental Health Catch-Up Groups are designed for men of all ages and backgrounds who are going through tough times. Whether you’re dealing with challenges in relationships, finances, business, or just life in general — this is a space for you.

We understand how hard it can be to open up. That’s why we’ve created a safe, non-judgmental, and private space where men can come together and speak openly and honestly — no pressure, no stigma, no expectations.

Who We Welcome

We welcome any man who:

Feels like he’s carrying too much on his shoulders, Is going through a difficult patch in life, Wants to talk but doesn’t know where to start, Prefers listening to others before opening up

Is seeking connection, support, or simply a safe place to breathe

Whether you’re in your 20s, 40s, or 60s — whether you’ve spoken about mental health before or this is your first time thinking about it — you’re welcome here.

Our Objective

Our goal is simple:

To create a safe, private, and supportive space for men to connect and talk openly about what they’re going through.

This isn’t therapy or counselling — it’s real conversation between real people. We’re here to support each other, share stories, and remind ourselves that we’re not in this alone.

Topics that often come up include:

  • Relationship struggles
  • Financial pressure or job stress
  • Running a business and feeling isolated
  • Anxiety, burnout, or just feeling overwhelmed
  • The pressure of being “strong” all the time
  • Whatever you’re carrying — you’re welcome to bring it here.

How It Works

  • Group catch-ups in person
  • Confidential and respectful environment
  • Led by a host to help guide the conversation ( me)
  • No commitment — come once, come often, come when you need it

Take the First Step

You don’t have to go through this on your own. Join a catch-up, have a coffee, and be part of something honest and supportive.

Because it’s okay not to be okay — and it’s even better to talk about it.

Move forward, with AP&Co.
